Your journal is private

Your journal, decision annotations, and captures are accessible from your account. Administrators manage accounts; their role does not automatically provide journal access.

You choose your reviewer

You may grant another member read or review access. Active access includes your journal and captures. Revoke permission from the Member Room. Copies already made by a reviewer cannot be recalled.

Consultation briefs

The Start & help brief builder keeps entries only in page memory until reload or close. Review and copy them yourself if you want to contact KlinikFX; entries are not sent automatically. Start & help →

Website brief submissions are not enabled. The contact button opens the third-party service WhatsApp at +62 811 986 4524 with an editable draft; a message is sent only when you choose to send it. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or private journal data. Messages are not automatically published to social channels.

Sessions and shared devices

A session cookie is required to sign in. Sign out after using a shared device. Local drafts may remain on that device; clear site data when you stop using it.

Export and deletion

You can review and remove your journal records. Permanent account deletion remains disabled until export, backup, retention, and data-request contact procedures are established.

Third-party channels

Community and profile links open third-party services with their own privacy policies. Website distribution uses approved public work; member journals are excluded from the publication queue.
